Piston vibrators with piston rod

Based on the FP piston vibrator also versions with free standing (escaping from the housing) pistons are available. For these vibrators (types: FAL-), one oscillating mass can be attached at the vibrator housing, the other can be attached directly at the piston. This allows to realize very large amplitudes at the channel, screen or conveyers etc.
Mounting only the housing, additional masses at the piston allows higher working moments which causes higher amplitudes.

The technical data were measured with a Kistler 3-axis dynamometer. The tests were performed on a massive laboratory test block and displayed with a Kistler Control Monitor (COMO).
