Piston vibrators (steel housing)
VFP - series
The housing is unlike to the series FP and FPLF made of steel.
The piston vibrators of the VFP series produce a linear vibration with a large vibration frequency and a wide amplitude range, adjustable via air pressure. The VFP vibrators are not knockers, what means the piston does not strike the bottom. The piston will be decelerated by an arising air cushion – either at the bottom or at the top side – and will be accelerated in the opposite direction.
The centrifugal force / time curve is therefore almost sinusoidal without peaks by knocks. This attribute makes this types perfect for any cases of conveying material. The robust VFP piston vibrators with high vibrational energy have been developed, inter alia for applications at conveyors and vibrating tables with heavy load. In order to ensure reliable starting and operating behavior, a pneumatic 3/2-way valve is required.
The relation between weights to force of this units makes the applications of material conveyances particularly efficient. Explosion-proof and compact design characterize these vibrators. The VFP piston vibrators are easy to install and designed for long lifespan with a minimum of maintenance requirements.
The vibrators are also available in accordance to ATEX II 2 G & D zones 1, 2, 21, 22.

The technical data were measured with a Kistler 3-axis dynamometer. The tests were performed on a massive laboratory test block and displayed with a Kistler Control Monitor (COMO). Frequency and power decrease on less rigid basis. We reserve the right to improve, modify or withdraw specifications or products without notice or any further obligation.
