The turbine vibrators GT -..- RF series are designed to meet all performance indicators as the corresponding types of the GT series. Housing and closure covers are made of stainless steel, so the entire outer surface is stainless.They are therefore particularly suitable for all applications in the food industry, the chemical and / or pharmaceutical industries as well as wherever the utilization of powder-coated and aluminum surfaces is not appropriate.The vibration is generated by centrifugal force of positive and negative unbalance moments in the rotor. The rotor is fitted with two encapsulated ball bearings - already equipped with special grease. This construction guarantees a long lifespan. Lubrication via compressed air is not necessary.The GT vibrators - series RF meet the current international noise protection regulations under operating test conditions and are therefore extremely quiet.
Construction details:
The bottom of the housing has two metric threaded holes for simply installation of the vibrators.The air inlet and air outlet bores (on the top of the housing) have pipe threads. This allows the sound insulation or derivation of the exiting air. The ambient temperature should not exceed 140 ° C (280 ° F). In cases of wear out the, the cover of the vibrator can be opened at the front side with a wrench to replace the inner bearings.
